Easy BBQ Sauce – So easy and so yummy!!! You will need:  1 cup ketchup 4 tablespoons molasses 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar 1/2 cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (optional) Directions: Add ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, tomato paste, and black pepper (if you’re using it) to a medium pot and mix well. Add vinegar last making sure to watch for splashes. Stir to mix well and until the brown sugar is dissolved completely. Homemade Febreze Recipe 1 C vinegar 1 C water 1/2 C fabric softener (pick your favorite scent) Directions Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into your spray bottle using a funnel to prevent spilling. Shake the bottle to mix ingredient each time before you start spraying. The smell of vinegar will disappear after it evaporates, but you will have already received the benefits of the antibacterial properties of vinegar before this happens. Homemade Mayonaisse – It’s Easy!...

You will Need: 1 whole egg 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (you can use regular mustard if you don’t have dry.) 1/2 teaspoon salt (can be omitted if you need but it will change the taste slightly) 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1 cup canola or vegetable oil Directions: In a small bowl, combine add egg, dry mustard, vinegar, and 1/4 cup oil. You can also just use your blender or use a small mixing bowl and a handheld stick blender. Whip on low for 1-2 minutes. You’ll notice your eggs will get frothy. This is normal. Easy cheesy salsa dip Ingredients: 1  pound  (1/2 loaf) HEB easy melt processed cheese (or Velveeta) 1  cup  salsa picante (hot, medium or mild) 1/2 lb bulk sausage browned Directions: Placed cubed cheese and salsa in a large microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 3 mintues. Stir, cover and microwave on High power for 3 more minutes. Stir and serve hot with your favorite chips or vegetable dippers. Due to variations in microwave oven wattage, recommended cooking time may require adjustment. INGREDIENTS: 6 cups of Trix Cereal (crushed into about 3 cups) 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter (melted) 3 Tablespoons of sugar 1 package (8 oz) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature) 1 packet of Kool Aid drink mix (any flavor~ if you use a lemonade, add it to taste, as it will be more tart than the other flavors) 1 (13 oz) jar of Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme 1 tub (8 oz) of Cool Whip (thawed in refrigerator) DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350F degrees In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed cereal, sugar and melted butter. Meatball Sub on a Stick Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground turkey 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp dried Oregano 1 Tbsp dried Basil 1 Tbsp dried Parsley or 1/4 cup fresh chopped 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can Pillsbury Original breadsticks 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 12 (10″-12″) wooden skewers Marinara sauce for dipping Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Magic Chocolate Milkshakes 1-1/2 to 2 cups ice water 1-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 to 1-1/2 trays of ice cubes, as much as you can spare 2 tablespoons corn oil plus a 5-second squirt of non-stick spray for emulsification purposes Place all of the ingredients into the blender, including the oil and the non-stick spray. My mom used to make this fudge! Its the old recipe that used to be on the container of cocoa. Old Fashion Hershey Cocoa Fudge 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup cocoa 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups whole milk, no substitute 1/4 cup real butter, no substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil; butter foil. In large heavy saucepan stir together first three ingredients; stir in milk, with a wooden spoon*. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
