Bubble Up Breakfast Bake 1 pound of reduced fat breakfast sausage 1 tube of refrigerated biscuits 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 small can of diced green chills 6 eggs Salt and pepper to season 1/4 cup milk Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Add the sausage to a medium skillet on medium high heat.  Cook until no longer pink in the middle. While cooking the sausage, cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and place in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Add the sausage to the pan, on top of the uncooked biscuits.  Sprinkle cheese on top of that, along with the green chillis. read morePin...

NUTTY OAT FRUIT-GRANOLA MAKES 7 CUPS. 2 cups old fashioned oats 1/2 cup each chopped almonds, salted pumpkin seeds, and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup each chopped pecans, sesame seeds, and sunflower kernels 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup each brown sugar and maple syrup 2 tbs each toasted wheat germ and oil 1 tsp each cinnamon and vanilla 7 oz pkg dried fruit bits In a bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, set aside. In a pan, combine honey, brown sugar, syrup, wheat germ, oil and cinnamon. Cook until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture, toss. *Transfer to a greased baking pan.
