Maple Syrup Chicken =&1=&-2 tablespoons olive oil 6 bone in/skin on chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup real maple syrup 1 heaping tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (I USED ROSEMARY) 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan, and sauté on both sides till nicely browned. Remove chicken from pan. Add broth, maple syrup, thyme and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently for a couple minutes. SIMPLE CROCK POT BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS...

Simple Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Wings 4 pounds chicken wing drumettes, frozen 1 cup buffalo sauce ( Frank’s) 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 6 tablespoons honey In a 5 quart slow cooker on low add buffalo sauce, butter and honey.  Stir to combine.  Add chicken wings.  Stir until wings are well coated.  Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Remove wings from slow cooker and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.  Drizzle sauce from slow cooker over wings. Crockpot Freezer Meal – Teriyaki Chicken...

Teriyaki Chicken (2 Bags)  Large bag of Baby Carrots 2 20 oz cans of pineapple 4 cloves of garlic 4 chicken breasts 1 red onion cut into large chunks Split the Baby Carrots between the 2 bags. Cut Red Onion into Large Chunks and split between the 2 bags Add to each bag: (1) 20oz can pineapple in each bag (undrained), (2) Garlic Cloves chopped per bag, (2) Chicken Breasts in each bag, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce in each bag TO COOK: Cook in crock pot on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours. Apricot & Mustard Chicken – Crockpot Freezer Meal...

To turn this into  Crockpot Freezer Meals just put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag, freeze and place into crockpot when you want to cook. Keep in mind you may need to leave it in for a bit longer if it is frozen solid.
