Meatball Sub on a Stick Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground turkey 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp dried Oregano 1 Tbsp dried Basil 1 Tbsp dried Parsley or 1/4 cup fresh chopped 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can Pillsbury Original breadsticks 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 12 (10″-12″) wooden skewers Marinara sauce for dipping Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Share Ingredients:   1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c chopped onion 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 soup cans water Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Add rice. Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth. Pour over rice.
