Maple Syrup Chicken =&1=&-2 tablespoons olive oil 6 bone in/skin on chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup real maple syrup 1 heaping tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (I USED ROSEMARY) 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan, and sauté on both sides till nicely browned. Remove chicken from pan. Add broth, maple syrup, thyme and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently for a couple minutes. Simple Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Wings 4 pounds chicken wing drumettes, frozen 1 cup buffalo sauce ( Frank’s) 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 6 tablespoons honey In a 5 quart slow cooker on low add buffalo sauce, butter and honey.  Stir to combine.  Add chicken wings.  Stir until wings are well coated.  Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Remove wings from slow cooker and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.  Drizzle sauce from slow cooker over wings. GINGER ORANGE CHICKEN MAKES 6 SERVINGS. 1/3 cup flour 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed Salt and Pepper 2 tbs oil 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup orange marmalade 2 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs honey 1 tsp ginger Sliced green onions Sesame seeds Place flour in a plastic bag. Ingredients: 12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 2 cartons (8 oz each) whipped cream cheese with onion and chives 2 tablespoons butter salt to taste 12 bacon strips Directions for Cooking: Flatten chicken to ½ inch thickness.
