BLT Pasta Salad

BLT Pasta Salad – This is sooo good! Ingredients 1 box of your favorite pasta ¼ cup sour cream 1 cup mayo ½ cup milk 5 tbsp ranch powder 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp onion powder ¼ tsp ground thyme Fresh cracked pepper 2 packages cherry tomatoes 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped 2 packages of Kraft Bacon crumbles, or crumble your own cooked bacon Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Run cold water over the pasta to stop the cooking process and set aside. In a large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, milk, ranch powder, lemon juice and spices. Toss in your drained pasta and mix. Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Spaghetti...

This delicious dish is a great freezer meal too. It comes from Po Man Meals and is delicious! I have made some minor adjustments. Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Spaghetti ingredients: 3 bone-in, skin on chicken breasts – 1 lb package spaghetti noodles – 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese – 1 small onion – chopped 1 small bell pepper – chopped 1 large beefsteak tomato – chopped 2 cups cheddar cheese – divided instructions: preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  lightly spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.  set aside. you can find a 9×13 casserole dish similar to the one I used here —>>Pyrex Easy Grab Oblong Baking Dish, 3-Quart in a large stock pot, add the chicken breasts.  cover them by several inches with water and season the water...

BBQ Chicken Pasta

Ingredients: 6 cups boneless chicken breast without skins 2 cups onion, chopped 4 tablespoons vinegar 4 tablespoons brown sugar ½ cup lemon juice 6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 cups catsup 1 tablespoon mustard 2 cups water 1 cup celery, chopped cooked pasta Directions: Combine all ingredients and pour into freezer bag.
