1 bag of pre cooked bacon pieces (or fry your own) 2 bags of brocolli and cauliflower frozen (I use steam fresh) 1/2 cup Cream Cheese softened* 1/2 cup fat free sour cream 2 Tbl Heavy whipping cream* 4 oz shredded Cheddar (I like to use extra sharp)** 4 oz shredded Shredded mozzerella** 3 green onions chopped(I only use the green part) 1 tsp minced garlic (add more/less to your taste) ¼ teaspoon seasoning salt (I used lawrys) Just a pinch of black pepper Directions: Pre-heat the oven to 350. Here is another great freezer meal & OAMC recipe. I have a canning version I will be posting as well. Ingredients: 2 pounds carrot 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed Directions: Peel and slice carrots. Place in pan and cover with water. Add salt and sugar. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and boil gently for about 20 minutes or until carrots are very soft. Drain. In the same pan, heat butter and brown sugar until melted and bubbly.
