Freezer Cooking - CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE
6 whole chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
12 cups cooked white rice
2 10 oz frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed, drained
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cans cream of chicken soup
3 cups grated cheese
In a bowl combine the chicken, rice, cheese, broccoli and onion. Mix
well. Stir in the cream of chicken soup until well blended. Salt to
taste. Pour mixture into 2 greased pans and top with remaining
cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 350.
