Recanning Cheese

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 6 pints

  • #10 Can of Cheese - I get mine from Sam's Club


  1. 1. Heat cheese - I use my crockpot so it doesn't burn.
  2. 2. Pour into sterilized pint jars
  3. 3. Put on lids and rings.
  4. 4. Water bath 10 minutes - I use a steam canner.
