I LOVE this Great tasting low carb side dish! Here is what you need: 1 head of cauliflower 2 Tbsp heavy cream(I found one with 0 carbs at walmart ) 1 Tbsp butter (make sure it has 0 carbs) 2 ounces  sharp cheese (I use white sharp) salt and pepper to taste Now let’s get to making this AMAZING Dish! INSTRUCTIONS Clean the cauliflower then break it into medium sized pieces. Place in a stove top pan with 2 Tbsp of cream and 1 Tbsp of butter.
