Easy cheesy salsa dip Ingredients: 1  pound  (1/2 loaf) HEB easy melt processed cheese (or Velveeta) 1  cup  salsa picante (hot, medium or mild) 1/2 lb bulk sausage browned Directions: Placed cubed cheese and salsa in a large microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 3 mintues. Stir, cover and microwave on High power for 3 more minutes. My mom used to make this fudge! Its the old recipe that used to be on the container of cocoa. Old Fashion Hershey Cocoa Fudge 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup cocoa 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups whole milk, no substitute 1/4 cup real butter, no substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil; butter foil. In large heavy saucepan stir together first three ingredients; stir in milk, with a wooden spoon*. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
